The system receives the total unbilled usage of the subscribers every two hours in the form of files along with other usage information from third party services such as E-Channelling, M-Ticketing etc. The system approximately calculates the billable usage of each subscriber after providing the bill plan/VAS benefits and related taxes. The system categorises the subscribers according to an action matrix based on each customer’s exposure percentage and recommends appropriate actions.
